Annual Report

Welcome to the Adam R. Scripps Foundation inaugural annual report. Launched in 2023 to honor Adam’s legacy, the family-led foundation focuses on giving in various forms to positively impact beneficiaries’ lives.

As a family-led organization, the foundation blends large-scale vision with family values. Governed by compassion, humility, generosity, and love of neighbor, the family actively participates in the grantmaking process. They focus on multi-year support and flexible funds to empower diverse impact producers. Emphasizing participatory philanthropy, they align funding with community needs by first listening to those they serve. Since its inception, the Adam R. Scripps Foundation has believed that "if it can be imagined, it can be created," reflecting their commitment to innovative grant strategies and partnerships with leading organizations.
