As a family-led organization, the foundation blends large-scale vision with family values. Governed by compassion, humility, generosity, and love of neighbor, the family actively participates in the grantmaking process. They focus on multi-year support and flexible funds to empower diverse impact producers. Emphasizing participatory philanthropy, they align funding with community needs by first listening to those they serve. Since its inception, the Adam R.
